EF670 Ethylene Oxide Detoxifier-Easyseal Medical
The EF670 detoxification device is a specialized equipment used to decompose the ethylene oxide gas emitted after the use of the ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet. It adopts our company's heating technology and uses catalytic decomposition for detoxification treatment. Suitable for the detoxification needs of the 3M-5XL sterilization cabinet, the detoxification effect meets international standards.
Characteristic Introduction:
Purpose: To decompose and convert the ethylene oxide waste gas emitted from sterilizers, eliminate pollution, and improve the environment.
Intelligent control, no manual operation required for decomposition process, frequency conversion control of fan power, reducing energy consumption.
Multi point detection during operation, multiple protective measures, fault alarm prompts, safe and reliable.
10.1-inch color large screen, dynamic display of working process, intelligent interaction.
The device comes with exhaust gas monitoring function, which can analyze the exhaust gas treatment results in real time.
1. Intelligent control, the decomposition process does not require manual operation, and the fan power is controlled by frequency conversion to reduce energy consumption.
2. Multi point detection of the operation process, multiple protective measures, fault alarm prompts, safe and reliable.
3. Color large screen (10.1 inches), dynamic display of work projects, intelligent interaction.
4. The equipment comes with exhaust gas monitoring function, which can analyze the operator's working environment and the decomposition and treatment results of EO from 3M disinfection cabinet in real time.
5. The workflow time can be set and matched according to the different ventilation requirements of the disinfection cabinet and the hospital.
6. The equipment is equipped with an operator protection mechanism. When there is an abnormality in the equipment (including sudden malfunction of the detoxification device, power outage, and early discharge of EO from the 3M disinfection cabinet), the default is to activate the direct discharge mode, allowing EO to be diluted and discharged at high altitude, effectively avoiding EO pollution
Personnel injuries caused by the operating range.
7. During equipment disassembly, negative pressure is maintained throughout the entire process to ensure that EO does not leak out to the greatest extent possible.
If the door of the detoxification device is accidentally opened by the operator during operation, the equipment will sound and light an alarm. If the door is still not closed. This device will automatically turn off the heater and switch the EO channel to direct discharge mode.
